& Shipman, Inc., was formed in 1980 as a civil
and structural consulting engineering firm. Since that time,
Fittz & Shipman, Inc., has built a consulting engineering
practice with emphasis on public works, urban facilities,
and structural engineering with scope of work extending from
initial feasibility studies to preparation of plans and specifications,
to monitoring of final construction. Civil Engineering experience
has been in the design of facilities for water distribution,
sewer collection & treatment, paving, and drainage.

engineers and technicians in order to provide quality service
to government agencies, municipalities, private corporations
and individuals.

& Shipman, Inc., was founded on the principles
of meeting the clients needs on time, within budget, and with
