Fittz & Shipman, Inc., was formed in 1980 as a civil and structural consulting engineering firm. Since that time, Fittz & Shipman, Inc., has built a consulting engineering practice with emphasis on public works, urban facilities, and structural engineering with scope of work extending from initial feasibility studies to preparation of plans and specifications, to monitoring of final construction. Civil Engineering experience has been in the design of facilities for water distribution, sewer collection & treatment, paving, and drainage.
