| EXPERIENCE:

Prior
to joining Fittz & Shipman, Inc. Mr. Sandoval has
30 years experience in the petro-chemical, industrial,
and power industries as Lead Structural Engineer and
Project Engineer on several major projects and revamps
in the Gulf Coast area and overseas. Duties have included
civil/structural engineering, project engineering, site
engineering, managing procurement and expediting personnel,
cost estimating, and project controls. Previous engineering
experience includes plant surveys, analyses and modifications
of existing facilities, planning, designing new additions
to accommodate new process efficient equipment within
existing operating plants. In addition, Mr. Sandoval
has performed services as a Structural Consultant at
various times on a part-time basis for Fittz & Shipman,
Inc.
May 1980 – June 2002, Mr. Sandoval was employed
by Stone and Webster Engineering as Lead Structural
Engineer and Project Engineer. Major clients included
Amoco Oil, Chevron, Nova Chemicals, Citgo Refining,
Holcim Cement, Aramco, BP, Marathon Oil, Texaco Inc.,
Gulf States Utilities, and Lyondell Petrochemical.
April 1973 – April 1980, Mr. Sandoval was employed
by Brown and Root, Inc. as a Principle Structural Engineer.
Major clients included Gulf States Utilities, Diamond
Shamrock, Commonwealth Edison, Louisiana Power and Light,
and Union Carbide Corporation.
December 1972- April 1978, Service in the Texas Air
National Guard, achieving the rank of sergeant. Mr.
Sandoval performed active duty and monthly duty while
practicing engineering full time at Brown and Root,
Inc.
July 1972 – November 1972, Employment at Bernard
Johnson Engineers as a Civil Engineer involved in land
development projects.
