Survey
Manager with Fittz & Shipman, Inc. responsible for
daily coordination of survey activities, office calculations
and field note reduction, coordination of drafting,
preparation of metes & bounds descriptions and certifications
of surveys.
Representative projects include coordination of surveying
activities for TxDOT contract 1998-2001, coordination
of field surveying and preparation of easement parcels
for Centennial Pipeline Co. from Beaumont, Tx. to Baton
Rouge, La.Party, numerous bridge and cross section surveys
for Cow Bayou Drainage Study, FEMA Sabine River Study,
construction layout for Beaumont Federal Prison, surveying
for numerous subdivisions in Southeast Texas, and surveying
for numerous title surveys for property sales in Southeast
Texas.
Prior to joining Fittz & Shipman, served as Chief
- District Surveyor for Laughlin - Simmons of Texas
under direct supervision of three RPLS' and was responsible
for coordinating survey services for the Houston District,
a thirty-five county area in the State of Texas. Also
served as Surveyor Foreman for S. A. Culmo & Associates,
Port Comfort, Texas. Responsible for all layout and
grade work required by the company including underground
chemical sewer lines, fresh water lines, filtration
pits, concrete paving, motor pads, pump pads, collector
tanks, and pipe support columns. Also supervised crew
job performance and kept records of time and extra work.
