Mr. King has over 20 years experience in Civil Engineering, project administration, construction management, contract administration on various engineering projects for municipal, state, federal, and private industrial and commercial clients. Since joining the firm in 1990, Mr. King has provided design, project administration, and construction administration services on numerous project in the Southeast Texas Area including the Cottonwood Raw Water Line, Discharge Line & Pump Station for Intergen North America LP, Cow Bayou Drainage Study, SH62 & IH 10 Utility Relocations for the City of Orange, Texas, Moore Street Drainage Area Study for the City of Beaumont, Link Avenue Paving & Drainage for the City of Orange, Waterline for Big Hill Strategic Petroleum Reserve, and Water Line Distribution and Pumping Facilities for Bolivar Peninsula Water Supply Corporation.

Prior to joining Fittz & Shipman, Inc., Mr. King was Water & Sewer Director and City Engineer for the City of Orange and also performed design functions for several engineering consultants in Southeast Texas and Austin, Texas.
