Has over 35 years experience on more than 400 projects with construction values in excess of 200 million dollars on Civil Engineering, Land Surveying, Construction Administration projects. Since joining the firm as Director of Civil Engineering in 1989, projects under his direction include pavement design and wharf improvements for the Beaumont Ready Reserve Fleet, site work for the HEB Pantry Stores, Highland Estates Subdivision, City of Orange Link Avenue Paving and Drainage, Carol Wallace Funeral Home, BISD Ozen site drainage, Big Hill Waterline, Regal Pointe Subdivision, Temple-Inland Truck Entrance, site work for the Race Trac Stores, Mobil B&P paving and drainage improvements, Beaumont Bone & Joint Facility, TXDOT Surveying contracts – 1993 and 1998-2001, and Sabine River FEMA Cross-Sections.

Prior to joining the firm, served as owner, engineering manager, and senior project manager for nationally recognized consulting engineering firms. Projects during this time include City of Port Arthur sewage treatment plants, collection systems, and water distribution systems, the Louisiana Offshore Oil Port Project, and fueling systems and runway expansions at Los Angeles International Airport and Norfolk Virginia Airport.
