| EXPERIENCE:

Since rejoining the firm in March, 2000, has worked
on a number of structural projects that are either under
construction, out for bids, or in final design.
Following
graduation from Lamar University, Mr. Folse began regular
employment with Bethlehem Steel Corporation in Beaumont.
Primary responsibilities included steel column leg analysis
and design, platform living quarters design, and materials
tanks designs for mobile offshore jack-up drilling units.
Prior to resuming an engineering career, Mr. Folse attained
a law degree and practiced with a private law firm.
Primary area of practice was construction law and general
business law.
Currently
Mr. Folse manages structural engineering projects performing
structural calculations and coordinating structural
documents with architectural documents. Mr. Folse manages
a team of structural engineers and cad operators in
producing structural construction documents for public
and private buildings with some light industrial projects.
Representative
projects include Southeast Texas Entertainment Complex,
High School Additions for Hamshire Fannett I.S.D., New
School for Sabine Pass ISD, BISD Ozen High School Additions
(3 buildings), Lumberton I.S.D. Physical Education Facility,
Lamar University Port Arthur Multi-Purpose Building
(six stories), City of Beaumont Activities Facility,
Kelly High School Multi-Purpose Building, and the Brownsville
Medical Center ER & OB/GYN Addition.
